The curricula we use is written by Cheryl Wisdom Murphy MS RN FAARFM. It is continuously being updated and expanded.. She is Board Certified in Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Cheryl also teaches the classes. WARNING: These are NOT a traditional nutrition workshops! Your traditional views WILL be challenged, and everything we share with you is backed up with scientific references. Nutrition Workshop: This workshop is a 10-week series. The 10 classes tackle a topic each week: Food Choices Matter / Protein / Fats / Carbohydrates / Water & Sweeteners / Reading Labels / Immunity & Digestive Health / Sleep & EMF / Stress & Exercise and we wrap up with Cardiovascular Wellness. Note that each class is at least 60 minutes long. Sometimes we go longer. We are always learning something new and would love to have you join the conversation!
